Step 1: Book Your Consultation
Once you purchase your virtual consultation, you'll receive an email with a link to the booking calendar to choose a time that works for you.

Step 2: Check Your Email
After selecting your time, you'll be automatically emailed a Google Meet link for your appointment.

Tip: If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: You're All Set!
You’ll get a 24-hour reminder before your consultation. If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule or cancel.

Rescheduling: No problem—just follow the link in your confirmation email. 12 hours' notice is required to reschedule.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
